THE TIMELESS KNOWLEDGE OF GOD

4″Then the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, 5Before I formed thee in the belly, I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb, I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.” ~Jeremiah 1:4-5 (KJV)

Today’s reading speaks of God’s timeless knowledge and purpose for us. Before your birth, God knew you immensely; you are His masterpiece.

In moments of trials or inadequacy, reflect on your inherent value in the mind of God. He designed you with deliberate intent and affection. Amid life’s challenges, remember that you’re celebrated by the Almighty.

Your purpose is engraved into your very being, a plan crafted by God’s loving hands. When uncertainties arise, hold onto the assurance that you were uniquely fashioned for a reason. Just as Jeremiah embraced his prophetic calling, you too have a significant role in God’s narrative.

In times of discouragement, let the truth of Jeremiah’s experience resonate within you. God’s unwavering love and purposeful design anchor your identity.

Child of God; embrace the divine assurance that you are known, celebrated, and part of an extraordinary plan.

FLOURISHING IN EVERY SEASON

12The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. 13Those that be planted in the house of the LORD shall flourish in the courts of our God. 14They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing; ~Psalms 92:12-14 (KJV)

In an intricate design of life, there is wisdom for the righteous to flourish.
As a flourishing palm tree or a mighty cedar of Lebanon stands firm in the earth, so do the righteous find their strength by being rooted in the house of the Lord and being taught by the Spirit.

Just as a tree thrives when planted in the right soil and climate, we, as the righteous, flourish when we abide in the presence of God. Our relationship with the Lord becomes the fertile ground where our spirits take root, and our faith extends its borders. That is the wisdom of the righteous.

The righteous remains steadfast. Those rooted in the Lord continue to bear fruit. Our lives become a testament to God’s righteousness, showcasing His faithfulness.

Because we dwell in the presence of the Lord, we stand tall, still vibrant, and still bearing fruit. We are a living testament to God’s unending goodness, we serve as a reminder that our God is faithful, and His promises endure through every season of life.

Child of God; let us continue in the wisdom of flourishing in every season and reflect the Lord’s righteousness. Thank You Jesus, for the gift of fruitful living.

LOVE THAT PRODUCES RESULTS

8For God is my record, how greatly I long after you all in the bowels of Jesus Christ. 9And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment; ~Philippians 1:8-9 (KJV)

The Apostle Paul exhibited maturity in Love. He longed to fellowship with the Gentiles. His expression of mature love was extraordinary. Remember he had been born a Jew and he is now longing to fellowship with people of Gentile descent.

The message of the cross; the unconditional love and grace of God broke down the barrier and ancient time’s hatred in Paul’s heart. He became free to love people, even of another decent and believed they were all one in Christ. That is how the gospel works. God Himself witnessed how Paul yearned for the Gentiles with the affection of Jesus Christ. The message of the cross removes any preconceived opinions or feelings against other people. The true message of the cross and the revelation thereof unites people.
Paul prayed for the saints at Philippi that their love might constantly increase in knowledge and all discernment.

Our lives should mature in love for God and for one another. But we should always remember that true love is not a matter of emotions. In our service to people, we must use our spiritual intelligence and exercise discernment. Otherwise, our labour of love might become incapable of producing any good results. That is the reason Paul prayed not only that the Philippians will continue in the way of love, but also that their love will be exercised in full knowledge and all discernment.

Child of God; Let the Spirit of love grow in you and be exercised in full knowledge and all discernment.

CHRIST OUR FOCUS

2looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.”  –Hebrews 12:2 (NKJV)

We fix our eyes upon Jesus, the Son of God, seated on the throne of God as the object of our faith. The Greek word for “author” is archegos; meaning the chief leader, captain, prince, and pioneer. *_The same Greek word is translated, “Captain of their salvation”, in Hebrews 2:10; and “Prince of life”, in Acts 3:15._*

Jesus is the originator of our faith and salvation. He is the captain whose example we always follow.  We have looked unto Him. He has perfected our faith.
Every person who has received Jesus Christ as his or her Lord and Saviour has been given the same faith of Jesus. Just like we did not earn salvation, we did not earn faith; but we just received it by the Spirit of Christ.

He fulfilled the ideal of faith Himself, both as a substitute offering and the perfecter of our faith – He is the object of our faith.

Child of God; Jesus is our example and He occupies our focus. Our faith is complete because our focus is Christ Jesus.

HALLELUJAH!
JESUS IS LORD!

Let’s Pray:
Dear Lord Jesus,
Thank You, for Your faith.
I will only believe and not doubt,
For I have received Your faith;
And it has been perfected in me.
I have the same power You had;
When You walked on earth on the inside of me.
I have living faith!
I exercise and release my faith;
To bring physical manifestation in my everyday life,
in Jesus’ Name. Amen!

REDEEMING TIME BY WISDOM

15See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,
16Redeeming the time, because the days are evil. 17Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is. ~Ephesians 5:15-17 (KJV)

In a world so full of distractions and stressful demands, today’s reading serves as a guiding light, urging us to walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise. This wisdom lies in our ability to redeem time, a resource more precious than gold. Our days are so thick and heavy with challenges, but by walking carefully, we can navigate them with grace.

The call to stop walking like the unwise resonates deeply. It prompts us to pause and reflect on our choices, ensuring they align with God’s purpose for our lives. As we endeavour to understand His will, our path becomes clearer, and our actions gain a deeper significance in this life.

Each day presents an opportunity to reclaim fleeting seasons, to invest in eternal matters. Let us be diligent stewards of time, trading mindless pursuits for purposeful living.

Beloved Saints, in seeking wisdom, we find ourselves drawing closer to the heart of God, where true understanding and fulfilment reside. Seek Wisdom!!
