Let This Mind Be In You

“Let This Mind Be In You Which Was Also In Christ Jesus, Who, Being In The Form Of God, Did Not Consider It Robbery To Be Equal With God, But Made Himself Of No Reputation, Taking The Form Of A Bondservant, And Coming In The Likeness Of Men.” ~Philippians 2:5-7

As Children Of The Most High God, We Ought To Develop A Unique Spirit; A Spirit That Enables Us To Have A Different Attitude Towards God And People, A Spirit That Enables Us To Lay Aside Our Agendas, Removing All Selfishness Out Of The Way In Order To Serve Others.

If We Say We Love Christ, We Ought To Have A Deep Desire To Live Just Like HE Lived, And To Serve With An Attitude Of Humility Just Like HE Did, Even When We Are Likely Not To Get Rewarded/Recognized For Our Efforts.
 
Child Of God, Because You Are Greatly Loved By Your Heavenly Father, And Because You Love HIM With Your Whole Life, Be Willing To Serve Humanity Without Reservations, Just Like Christ Did And Still Does. Remember You Have Been Blessed To Be A Blessing To Others!

Assurance Of God’s Love

“Yet In All These Things We Are More Than Conquerors Through HIM Who Loved Us. For I Am Persuaded That Neither Death Nor Life, Nor Angels Nor Principalities Nor Powers, Nor Things Present Nor Things To Come, Nor Height Nor Depth, Nor Any Other Created Thing, Shall Be Able To Separate Us From The Love Of God Which Is In Christ Jesus Our Lord.” ~Romans 8:37-39

Apostle Paul Explains How Impossible It Is For A Believer To Be Separated From The Love Of Christ, HIS Presence And Saving Power. Christ’s Death On The Cross, Is Proof Of His Unconditional And Unconquerable Love For Us.

When We Go Through Many Hardships Including Death, We Are Sometimes Attacked By Fear Which Causes Us To Think That God Has Abandoned Us BUT Our Security And Comfort Is In HIS Promises In Romans 8:37-39.

Our Heavenly Father Assures Us That We Are Totally Secure In HIS Love; Nothing Can Separate Us From HIS Great And Unconditional Love.

Child Of God, May You Believe The Overwhelming Assurance Of God’s Love And You Will Not Be Afraid Of Anything. In God’s Love, You Are Assured Of A Victorious Life, Through Jesus Christ!

Becoming Christ-Like Is A Process

• 

“For We Know That The Law Is Spiritual, But I Am Carnal, Sold Under Sin. For What I Am Doing, I Do Not Understand. For What I Will To Do, That I Do Not Practice; But What I Hate, That I Do.” ~Romans 7:14-15

Apostle Paul Teaches Us That, The Knowledge Of The Law And Trying To Observe It Is NOT The Answer To Sin.

In Romans 7:9 He Says, “I Was Alive Once Without The Law, But When The Commandment Came, Sin Revived And I Died”

As Long As Apostle Paul Did Not Know About The Law Nor Understand Its Demands, He Was Doing Just Fine BUT When He Learned About It And Its Demands, He Became A Slave To It. He Says That He Did Not Understand His Own Actions, As He Found Himself Sinning In Ways That He Could Not Understand Nor Control.

Becoming A Christian Does Not Flush Out All Sinful Actions Or Desires In The Physical And Soul Realm Immediately. Being Born Again Takes A Moment Of Faith BUT Becoming Christ-Like Is A Process.

Romans 7:22-25 Says, “For I Delight In The Law Of God According To The Inward Man.But I See Another Law In My Members, Warring Against The Law Of My Mind, And Bringing Me Into Captivity To The Law Of Sin Which Is In My Members. O Wretched Man That I Am! Who Will Deliver Me From This Body Of Death? I Thank God—Through Jesus Christ Our Lord! So Then, With The Mind I Myself Serve The Law Of God, But With The Flesh The Law Of Sin.”

Child Of God, Do Not Depend On Your Self-Effort To Live Right BUT On God; Surrender To Christ Entirely, Receive HIS Grace, Love And  Life-Giving Spirit For Your Daily Victory.

Apostle Paul Reminds Us Of Habakkuk’s Declaration, “The Just Shall Live By Faith” (Habakkuk 2:4)

By Trying So Hard To Be Righteous (To Be Right With God) In Our Own Strength, We Gain Totally Nothing! Self-Effort Profits Nothing; It Only Puts Us Under The Curse Of The Law. Even If It May Seem To Be A Good Intention, It Only Leads To Complete Failure.

The Good News Is, We Can Break The Cycle Of Failure By Totally Trusting God, Believing In Jesus Christ’s Finished Work As The Perfect Remedy For Our Sins, And Living Each Day Depending On HIS Grace.

Child Of God, You Were Not Created To Fail BUT For Greatness And To Reign In This World. Today, Begin To Reign In Your Everyday Life, In Jesus’ Name!

Your Light Has Come

• 

“Arise, Shine; For Your Light Has Come! And The Glory Of The Lord Is Risen Upon You. For Behold, The Darkness Shall Cover The Earth, And Deep Darkness The People; But The Lord Will Arise Over You, And His Glory Will Be Seen Upon You.” ~Isaiah 60:1-2

The Hebrew Word For “Arise” Is ‘Qum’ Which Is Rich In Meaning; It Means ‘To Take A Stand’, ‘To Be Established’, ‘To Maintain Oneself In A Certain Position’ And ‘To Become Powerful’

The Hebrew Word For “Shine” Is ‘Ore’, Whose Meaning Is Rich Also; It Means ‘To Put One’s Face/Eyes In The Light’, ‘To Become Enlightened/Illuminated’ And ‘To Become Light’

In Other Words The Prophet Saw The Light And Prophesied Saying, “Change Your Position And Direction, Fix Your Eyes On The Light That Has Come.”

John 8:12 Says, “Then Jesus Spoke To Them Again, Saying, “I Am The Light Of The World. He Who Follows Me Shall Not Walk In Darkness, But Have The Light Of Life.”

Jesus Describes Himself As The Light, And Whoever Looks In This Light, Receives The Light Of Life And Becomes Enlightened.

Matthew 5:14 Says, “You Are The Light Of The World. A City That Is Set On A Hill Cannot Be Hidden.”

Jesus Describes Us As The Light Of The World, ThereforeWe Can No Longer Walk In Darkness And Confusion. We Become Illuminated And Also Illuminate Our World Because We Look Into The Light HIMSELF. Hallelujah!!!

Child Of God, Just As Jesus Christ Walked, So You Walk; Just As HE Spoke, So You Speak; Just As HE Did Wonders, So You Do Wonders In A Greater Dimension, For As HE Is, So Are You In This World. Today, Arise And Let Your Light Shine!
