“What Shall We Say Then? Is The Law Sin? Certainly Not! On The Contrary, I Would Not Have Known Sin Except Through The Law. For I Would Not Have Known Covetousness Unless The Law Had Said, “You Shall Not Covet.” But Sin, Taking Opportunity By The Commandment, Produced In Me All Manner Of Evil Desire. For Apart From The Law Sin Was Dead. I Was Alive Once Without The Law, But When The Commandment Came, Sin Revived And I Died. And The Commandment, Which Was To Bring Life, I Found To Bring Death. For Sin, Taking Occasion By The Commandment, Deceived Me, And By It Killed Me. Therefore The Law Is Holy, And The Commandment Holy And Just And Good.” ~Romans 7:7-12
Apostle Paul Pointed Out That, The Law Is Holy And Has A Perfect And Legitimate Function. Without Its Clear Guidelines For Right And Wrong, Moral Behaviour Would Be Mostly Guess Work. He Would Not Have Known Covetousness Unless The Law Had Said, “You Shall Not Covet”.
The One Thing That The Law Fails To Do Is To Empower A Man Not To Sin.
The Law Exposes Sin BUT Does Not Defeat The Power Of Sin.
When A Man Is Under The Rule Of The Law, Sin Takes Advantage Of The Vulnerability Of That Man. Sinful Passions Are Only Stimulated When A Man Is Ruled By The Law.
The Law Is Not The Source Of Sinful Passions But By Naming And Forbidding Them, It Stirs Up The Strong Desire To Do Them. These Sinful Passions Find Expression In The Physical Members And When A Man Yields To Temptation, Poisonous Fruit Is Produced That Results In Death.
“Christ Has Redeemed Us From The Curse Of The Law, Having Become A Curse For Us (For It Is Written, “Cursed Is Everyone Who Hangs On A Tree”), ~ Galatians 3:13
Through Jesus Christ’s Death On The Cross, We Were Redeemed From The Law; He Fulfilled All The Claims Of The Law By Paying Its Awful Penalty And Our Old Sinful Nature Died With HIM, We Are Now His Righteousness.
Therefore, We Are Free From The Law And From Its Inevitable Curse.

My Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank You For Your Unconditional Love.
I’m No Longer A Slave To Fear And Sin.
I’m Now Love Conscious Not Sin Conscious.
